Any help ? I would greatly appreciate it..

As prince suggests this is normal - there can be a number of reasons why this may be happening for you. So typical reasons would be use of alcohol, the use of powerful, prescribed medication or a general health problem.
if you have none of these going on then what you talk-of, in your brief outline, could give a clue - such as 'extremely worried', 'keep thinking about', 'troubles falling asleep' and so on.
Anxiety and stress, or however you relate to the things you talk-of can produce a circulatory process that feeds on itself, and often it is extremely difficult to break-down these negative experiences, and this is why many young people talk of a need to chill, loosen-up, relax and de-stress, or simply, to chill out.
Much of this stuff goes on with what we have going on around us, and other people that directly impact on us, such as friends and family members. Then we can get uptight about our what is happening to us personally and whether there is any way of achieving the things we really want to do.
Simple thing to do - relax and chill and the erections will naturally return, and, at your age there is no reason why not.
More complicated thing to do - think about what is going on in your life and think if there is any way to change any of what is impacting on you. Often, by simply doing something like regular exercise, running, cycling, swimming and so on can be part of an overall 'cure' as other activities take your mind elsewhere and change your overall focus, and before you know it the erections are back.
And yes, I realise that COVID restrictions have had a huge impact on many peoples lives, and that doing things like a range of different physical activities may not be possible - but you can still put on a pair of trainers and potentially do a strenuous walk, run, short cycle ride and so on ....

Ehm, morning wood is a normal physiology.. but when you have too much estrogen or .. level of testo a bit low, that can be an issue.
Try ZMA, it is sold almost everywhere ..especially in sports supplements shops
It contain Zinc, may help prevent testo from being converted to estrogen.. and many reported it raised their testosterone.. and your morning wood might get normal again.
Since you can get a normal wood during the day, it sounds like your testo is working/within the normal range..alghouth, it could be you recently have a dip in testosterone.. for some reason.. there are also foods that contain a lot of phytoestrogens.. dampening the normal morning wood
