I am feeling heavy itchiness in my Vaginal opening , what should I do?

I had sex around 8-9 days ago, and now since 3 days I am feeling heavy itchiness in my vaginal opening area. I am feeling deep inside. and when I do it then while peeing I feel burning in my vagina. when I tried to see what is happening it looks like the image I am attaching. should I be worry or it's normal? plz anybody? image
