i am getting paranoid

i have noticed something like that but i described it as like teeth pointy am 22 years old and pregnant 26 weeks with my 3rd child i have noticed it last night early hours of this morning cause it was itchy and feeling burning sensation i phoned nhs 24 they told me it could be thrush but i have looked up on the internet and signs are pointing to cervical cancer it isnt the only thing i have noticed its like my inner walls are coming out when i push and its cracked and yellow discharge can anyone help me put my mind at ease
