I am getting psycho nowadays

Posted , 6 users are following.

I dont know the reason but for the last few months, i am feeling unsatisfied from inside. Whatever i do, where ever i go, there is no taste in it. I feel like being somewhere where i should not be at this time. I have bad vibes and non understandable nerves.

What should i do? Is this natural or natural thing? Can somebody help me in this?

that's funny, its called psycho-therapy. LOL. but feeling like this is NOT natural I can assure you that.it sounds like depression that is driving you crazy, you should probably start eating better and exercising and get some life goals you can work towards on.

I heard that several times now that people ask help from psychologist. It is concerned with understanding how psychological, behavioral, and cultural factors contribute to physical health and illness. If you are suffering from this problem you can get out from this by using music and art therapy based use of music, art and musical elements by a qualified therapist to promote wellness, manage stress, alleviate pain, express feeling and Improve Communication. With the help of this therapy, we accomplish individualized goals within a therapeutic relationship by a credentialed professional who has completed an approved music therapy program.
