I am going through the memopause and finding it difficult to get to sleep at night. My doctor has perscribed Zopiclone sleeping tablets. It is great to get a good sound sleep.

I too am menapausal, and have been taking Zopiclone for years (non-prescribed) as it is the only way I have found to manage my insomnia. My doctor is now refusing to prescribe me any more, despite the fact that they clearly work, andI have reduced the nightly dose to 3.75mgs. I now face chronic sleep disturbances at a time when I need to be alert and able to work over Xmas, and next year. Any ideas where I can get some?
