I am having gallstone sympthoms, Can gallstones be expelled from the body without surgery?

I had 4 c sections, tubaligation. It was after my tubal that I got severe bloating, weight gain, nausiated. My period is also not fully returned in almost one year of having my baby. I have been going back n forth to my OB, ER, primary care and still not sure what's going on with me. So I'm frustrated and just want to find a doctor who will care enough to help me get to where I can feel good again.

Presently my primary care has sent me to a gastroentologist.

I also started an excercise program so I am just really trying to get myself back up again.

OMG, I have been having gallbladder symptoms too. I even thought I wrote this post. GPs and A&Es are totally USELESS. I even think I had a gallbladder attack! I FEEL SO HOPELESS with NHS experience.  I have done a big reserearch. I believe the stones might be removed by key whole surgery.

It is possible to pass gallstones without any intervention but normally you need some sort is surgical intervention. ERCP is the least invasive surgically and involves removing stones via a tube with a camera which is inserted through the mouth and passed into the digestive system. You are awake but sedated for this procedure. Most gallstones are removed by keyhole surgery and few have to have open surgery these days.
