I am infected with oral herpes recently can i marriage if i marriage can i prevent spreading this to my wife and children

    You can prevent cold sores from spreading to your wife and children. When outbreaks occurs, you should avoid kissing and touching blisters. Also, don't share personal items like towels, eating utensils. I think you can prevent spreading easily. Try to avoid stress, harmful lifestyle and unhealthy diet. These may trigger your cold sores
