I am loved!

I thought others would like to share some of the sweet things others have done for them that have made them feel good.

Today my daughter came around to paint some of the trims around the house. When I went to see how she was going I noticed she had painted “I love you mum, may the force be with you” in large letters across the whole house. I would have been cranky but we are recladding the house this week. I may not get to see it again after this week but I will always know it’s there.

Cheers

Gloria

Your daughter certainly knew have to catch the moment. For a brief while the side of the house was available for a message, and such a message too.

    Awww that's beautiful Gloria!

It makes me feel good when friends or family phone and ask how I am. I appreciate the little things so much more since I've had ME.

Pictures, gloria!  Take some pictures of it and when you are having a difficult day, look at the picture and know you are loved.

My experience was my oldest while in college she was in the choir.  The entire choir called me and sang "Kind and Generous" by Natalie Merchant.  That was such a beautiful tribute to me and I will never forget it.  I love my daughters!

    Cheers to you as well,

I just posted the "youtube" song that Natalie Merchant sings "kind and generous".  It is just a beautifuly written song.  Perhaps Alan will allow this link to post.  If not, you can google Natalie Merchant and the name of the song.  It's worth a listen.  :D

Dear Gloria, did you really mean that spelling? If so I shall wipe the smile biggrin off my face and replace it with surprised puzzlement.
