Hi there,
I don't have any words of wisdom for you as I have not been diagnosed, but I can fully sympathise with you regarding living with the ear fullness, I've had it for 9 months and find it really hard to live with. I hope someone comes along with some advice soon.
Take care

Hey Karen,
I am sorry about the tough time you are going through with this wretched disease. I have bilateral Meniere's disease (2015) and a few things that I have learned are to live one day at a time, to ask God for help often and read my Bible daily, especially the book of Psalms for encouragement and to remember your breathing, deep breaths and count to whatever it takes to bring calmness back and a better sense of well being.
Today is not forever and you will be ok....you can do this....
All the best my friend 😃
