I am not able to sleep I am taking etizolam tablet 1mg is it is safe

    The info u have given is very less. Is it a acute or chronic problem. How many hours u can manage. And what is ur quality of sleep. Was the etizolam u r taki g prescribed or OTC. Wat abt ur lifestyle and stress level, ur age , ur health etc. No use of giving phone numbers. I hardly think anyone will call u up. As its not a dating site. We all explain and discuss our health problem here at length and in details. Thats the purpose of this site. Good luck.

    Do tapering and come out of etizolam.Never use any tablets for brain. Dont fear for sleeplessness. It is temporary.Drink milk with turmeric powder at bed time regilarly until your sleep settles.
