    Hi Sarah,

Could you provide your dose schedule with start dates...

I struggle with morning fatigue too, but it’s better since reducing sertraline dosage.

I was having a lot of trouble staying asleep so also take Amitriptyline at bedtime.

Do you take any other meds with the sertraline?

      Hi Sarah,

I’ve heard that dose adjustments need about 6 weeks for adverse effects to settle down.  Hopefully that’s the case for you smile

I’m the opposite, I wish I could sleep like that.

Hoping when my Diaspam finishes I will be able to sleep just by taking the Sertraline. 50mg i’m on. Does anybody else need to takesomerthing with there Sertraline  to help them sleep.

Different approaches help people differently. I find no technology about an hour before bed , definitely not social media ! a cup of valarian tea , definitely no alcohol ! and some meditation music from headspace app helps me. I sleep great. Lack of sleep can result in an agitated scattered mind for me, so I do all I can to help myself to sleep well. Diazepam gives me vivid dreams , I do have it to hand but rarely use it now .
