I am not eating eggs due to a Bird Flu in my state, I feel I have Vitamin Deficiency from 2 weeks .

Hello Forum , I am 6" Feet and weigh about 155 pounds/70kgs . I am feeling weakness since the past couple of days and my mind tends to forget things. I am mostly in my home due to the pandemic and an ongoing hectic syllabus(student).
So I barely go out in the sun which makes me deficient in Vitamin D
I am not able to substitute any of the vitamins and minerals like Selemine , B12 , just to name a few in other food which are available in the eggs
.I am thinking of going for a blood profile test . Can you suggest some alternative foods to eat ? Are medical supplements as effective as eating the food ?
