Probably the most important things for you to do are to lose weight, and eat regularly and healthily. It would also help if you would exercise even if that is only brisk walking for 1/2 hr per day. What are you meds for - heart disease or high blood pressure.  When you say you had an infarction once before, do you meant a heart attack?

If so you really do need to start looking after yourself properly because to have a heart attack at less than 21 is very worrying. Do your doctors know why you had a heart attack at such a young age?

Yes, It was due to the lack of vitamin B12 in my body i had extremely small amount of it so it caused complications in my brain. I also started working out regularly but i'm scared almost all the time when i think how unhealhty i am for my age.

I would eat smaller portions if you are hungry a lot eat nuts and fruit I would be taking fish oil make sure your meds are managing your blood pressure I am very inactive due to back and neck spine problems and have to manage my blood pressure and heart disease also it is very scary I had a heart attack at 37 due to having thyroid disease untreated and raising three children and taking nitroglycerin all the time and having severe angina just keep watching what you eat and staying on your meds and try not to be scared get some medicine for your anxiety I take clonazepam it is very good couldn't have made it without it I hope everything works out for you and you start losing weight and have less heart problems 😊💙
