i am on Immunotherapy and i got a question on fertility asap men or women

Hey i am Rob 29 m uk

Has any Males or Females had any luck on making a child after being on Immunotherapy ? and was it easy or and hard time to get there ? as this be interesting to know as i am still young and single and no children. any help on this matter would be grand

Happy also to take info my private message too just give me the good or the bad i just need to know ?
