I am only on 4mg Candesartan aged 72 but .....

I take my 4mg about 5.00pm.I then start to be anxious for no reason. My bp is good during day about 125 over 68 or less. Then at 6.00pm is starts to rise again and I am agitated. Tried CCB and ACE but they do not work.

I get palpitations muscle aches all over body headaches etc. but they do work... Not a good way of life but no choice.Now on 10mg Propolol for you ding heart. Seems to help a bit just don't want the insomnia as hard enough with pulsating tinnitus a nd pounding heart. Blocked ears and nose and mucous . Having ultrasound to check for AAA.Already have hernia.Lost sight in left eye due to burst blood pressure before diagnosis. I think it is aldersterine that causes the anxiety which lasts all day and night. Not a good answer,I know.
