I am pregnant and scared BV? Warts? Herpes?

I am really struggling and scared here. I am currently 7 months pregnant and so far this pregnancy ive been told i had a UTI BV and that i had chlamydia. I have never in my life had this many problems with my body and im just praying it doesnt effect my son.

Lately I think i got my BV back so my doctor prescribed me antibiotics again she said she'll swab next week at my ob appointment.

Ive been burning i have so much discharge its embarrassing because it stinks. I'll go to sleep and wake up with my inner thighs soaked (i sleep naked)

Ive also noticed these things in my vagina i have no clue what it is. I am just in urgent need of help because i want my baby to come out healthy without complications.

I wear sweats and cotton underwear I shower daily i wipe front to back of course and nothing seems to be getting the smell or anything away i been on the antibiotic since Friday and nothing seems to even help a little bit.
