Rakesh, how long have the white patches shown on the above part of your penis head been there?

Can you get to see a Dermatologist at all - the best one would be a one dealing with Genital Skin Disorders. Is this possible for you?

      What age are you Rakesh?

The term Balanitis is not very helpful as it simply refers to irritation of the foreskin or head of the penis for most people (it can also refer to severe or permanent skin conditions of the genitalia). You DO NOT have Balanitis - as you have had this for around 3 years this is possibly a chronic skin condition, that will only be healed with the correct medication.

What you need is a correct diagnosis, and in some instances this can only occur if part of the infected skin is taken to do an analysis - then, and only then can the correct medication be put in place.

So, is it possible for you to see someone that specialises in skin conditions, a Dermatologist for example - or is that not possible for you?

Thanks for the update: can I ask what age you are? What medication are you using to control your LS? How successful would you say the treatment is that you have used so far, and how good would you say the current medication is that you are using? (I am supposing you are using a regular medication, obviously)

Do you have any presentation of the Lichen Sclerosis elsewhere on your body?

Do you have any other autoimmune conditions?
