I am 17 years old and for the past couple of months my ass crack is bleeding when I wipe it and I dont know If it piles or not and also I am always tired but I think thats because of my age (Is It? Hormones) and also I am quite skinny but been wondering I have a little bump when I bend on my spine, Is that normal like fully bend I mean and also I have a tingling sensation in my leg for the past couple of weeks, It gets worst at night and it always feels numb, like it could just be me over scaring myself but I hit it and I cant really feel anything much, my left leg is better but I am only 17 so I dont think it is sciatica, but is it diabetes as I got a cut the other day and it taken 2 days and is still healing, I know a symptom of diabetes is cuts take longer to heal, but what is the average anyway and how you meant to know that. Anyway would appreciate some help. I have put cream on my anus before and it helped but if it was piles, shouldent it of went by now and I am really scared I have diabetes, I dont want that. Please help, Is it just my hormones going crazy as I also have a mixed sex drive but most of the time I am turned on but sometimes I cant be asked. I sit playing video games a lot, I am unemployed but i sit on a hard chair and I slouch a lot, also I think this is why but my right buttock is like tight and I dont know why. And I have white nails and sometimes they rough but I just smoothen them with the nail smoother thing tool. Please help though. Also since I got braces on my teeth I have a weird breath but also it could be the fruity breath. But I have sugar like quite a bit so It cant be diabetes can it as that would raise my blood pressure then I would be in hospital, Im scared to find out the dianostics. So can someone please help, Im scared as I am young.

It's understandable that you would be afraid with so much going on and not knowing the cause of it.
If you haven't mentioned this to your parent's I would start off by letting them know that you would like to see a Dr. The next step would be for them to order tests if needed, bloodwork etc. this will help to rule out certain conditions(diabetes etc.)Although some of your symptoms don't really sound as though they would be related to that. Either way I think it is important for you to seek a Dr's advice to help aleviate some of your concerns. I really hope that there is a simple explantion and that all will be well.Good luck.

It all depends, it can creep up and the only way to know is to have your blood sugar checked. with that said it could very well be something that is easily treated and not serious. So if you can and to help to alleveiate your concerns please try and go to the Dr's. You might very well just need some ointment and your leg could possibly be a pinched nerve or sciatica from the chair. Try cutting back on sugar. It makes me tired and I don't have diabetes.

It takes some time to help with a pinched nerve. Try to not sit too long and there are stretching exercises that would help. But if it's more like a cramp all the more reason to get your blood sugar checked at the hospital. Diabetes can cause muscle cramping.

Sorry to hear you are suffering with such complex symptoms. I think you should visit your GP to get tests done to get a diagnosis. The sooner you are seen by a doctor the sooner you can be reassured or receive treatment if necessary.
Perhaps you could do with getting some advice about your diet as to whether you are getting the right nutrients, for example, enough calcium. If you are indoors most of the time playing games it may be that you are not getting enough sunlight and could be lacking in Vitamin D. Also, if you are sitting for hours bent over a computer it is not good for you. At 17, you are still growing and need to keep your bones healthy by taking some exercise even if its just walking.
You are so young and should not be carrying all these fears and worries. Don't be afraid to see your doctor they will have seen many patients with your condition so don't think that they will think anything other than you need their help to get better.
I wish you all the best and hope that you can be seen by your GP and that you are soon feeling well.
