I am so scared again

The last week I have been getting these weird adrenaline rushes and weird foggy vision wash over me. You have all probably seen all my previous posts on this forum but I am starting to think it is seizure related again which terrifies me.
How can things have settled down a bit and over the last week I am getting deja vu return, the weird foggy vision panic spells and adrenaline rush. I also get those shudders quite often you know that feeling when they say someone walks over your grave?
I am scared this is seizures or could it be anxiety?

What happens to your vision?

It feels like everything goes cloudy and I start to panic. It starts to fade away after about 5-10 seconds

it could definitely all be from stress and anxiety. have you ever had an EEG? That would detect if it was any seizure activity going on. Then you will have your answer. If that is OK, then you really need to work on stress management.
find a good counselor or therapist who can help you manage this. Worry get you absolutely nowhere, in fact it makes all the anxiety worse so you will have more symptoms continue. Take action for yourself!

I have had one EEG a while ago and it came back fine. Neurologist says it is anxiety but why does it keep coming back and also these symptoms do not mimic anbxiety do they? They sound like partial seizures if you read the description of partial seizure auras

It sounds like anxiety if you read the description of anxiety.

there are many symptoms that are commonly seen in many conditions. foggy vision, adrenaline rushes, deja vu are very common with anxiety and stress. if you happen to read about them related to seizure, its just a coincidence. your doctor said your eeg was fine. if it was abnormal he would’ve told you. dont be insistent You have something when you actually don’t. You can always get a second opinion but it would’ve shown on the eeg.
ive had the cloudy vision many times due to stress. your going to be okwhen u panic the symptoms get worse.
listen to anxiety meditations on you tube. you need to calm your brain down

I've had everything that you described right before and during a panic attack. If you're doctor said your test results are fine, then they probably are. If you need to get a second opinion to confirm it then I would do it. But in my opinion those are definitely things that happen before and during a panic attack. I was terrified of those feelings for a good 25+ years until recently I have been reading some very helpful info on curing your anxiety/panic attacks and for the first time in a very long time I'm starting to feel as if anxiety/panic do not threaten me as much any more.
Always get checked by a doctor first to rule out anything but more then likely its the anxiety/panic that is doing it.
I hope that you feel better soon!

hi grounded thank you very much for your reply and reassurance. these symptoms can happen on and off all day and only last a few seconds at a time. i thought anxiety/panic attacks are much longer in nature?

Ah not at all, I've felt anxiety all day which along with that was these symptoms. The actual panic attack may have ended but the anxiety is still there causing them.
