I agree you might need to seek medical help. Do you think that you might be having an anxiety attack?

I might speak about it with someone tomorrow. My PE symptoms I had at the beginning have returned a bit in the last couple of weeks. They aren’t as bad, but still significant enough to affect my everyday life. I don’t know if it is because the blood thinning injections I have been using have been in a too hot temperature so have not been working very well. I have got some new ones and the temperature has gone down now, but I was using the other injections since May or June and I am worried maybe a couple of clots came back in that time. I was supposed to finish anticoagulation in September but If my clots had come back would I have to be anticoagulated for another 6 months? Also if they came back and the new lot of injections dissolved them in a week would that still show up on a scan?

    Hi moon,

When you breath you need to breath in through the nose, into the diaphram deeply, it feels like you are breathing into the stomach then out through the mouth. That way you fill the lungs fully, it is the way my pilates teacher taught us.
