I know exactly how you feel. I get all the symptoms also. One thing I found to be helpful is audio  on decreasing stress and anxiety found on YouTube. Some are on  getting a good nights sleep, others are specifically geared for stress and anxiety.  And negativity. I put my earbuds,  listen to a very soothing voice guide you and it really helps a lot.

Have you had a blood workup/physical?  there can be many causes for symptoms.

No not yet my doctor has said I am only feeling like this because of a lot of upset, i.e. My mum passing away and lots if upset within the family

Oh ok  i'm sorry about your mother. Yes, it is very possible that your symptoms are related to that and other family issues.  After my friend lost his wife he was completely devastated and had to care for  The kids and work full-time plus everything else. He developed memory issues and went to get tested. Everything was fine and he was told it was due to the severe stress

many years ago I was under severe stress also and I developed symptoms similar to MS.  I thought for sure I had that but I did not,  they were all related to stress. Stress and anxiety can really do a number on a person and create all kinds of symptoms.    Counseling may help you as it did me. Make sure you take care of yourself and eat well, get a little exercise and try to socialize a little. It may take a little time but eventually you should be feeling a little better. I wish you the best!  smile
