I am trying to find a doctor for greenlight

Been taking combo of Flomax and dutasteride and I still have to get up numerous times. I want to get the green light laser treatment, but I have not found a doctor in the Portland Oregon area who does it, does anyone know of one?
Thanks

I would first get a diagnosis (scope and urodynamics) to figure out what's causing the problem. If BPH turns out to be the main problem, I would look to some of the newer, less invasive procedures that work as better than Greenlight. Rezum, FLA and Urolift are three that could offer better outcomes with fewer side effects and shorter recovery with no anesthesia.

I'm 65 and have been suffering with BPH for 10+ years and the meds are not as effective. Plus I've now got gynecomastia from 2yrs on the Dutasteride. The avodart did shrink my prostate from 70gr down to 40gr but a cystoscopy a few hours ago confirms there is severe blockage. My doctor is now thinking Urolift instead of Rezum for my situation. I'm like you....I've got to do something soon to get off of these damn meds.

From what I've read, Urolift is a lot better choice than GL, as long as you do not have a large median lobe. Much less risky procedure. Hank

When I met with the doctor a month ago, he was really pushing Rezum. My objective is no RE and to get off the Cardura, Avodart (and now the Tamoxifen I'm on due to gyne side effects). He told me with Rezum, you're likely to "get worse before you get better". Others have confirmed this online with the need to be catherized for a longer period with Rezum.
Today he did a cystoscopy and said he thinks a Urolift would be a better choice for me. I have an appointment in a few weeks to discuss this with him. I was still in a propofol fog when I last saw him this morning.
These doctors are a lot more progressive than my previous urologists. They were the ones that did the fusion guided biopsy on me to rule out anything more serious.

How many different procedures does he do? He can't be an expert at them all.

My doctors (Daniel Lowe and Gene Rosenberg, NJ Urology) also do green light (at least they used to) but they seem to be more progressive than the guys I used to see who are more interested in doing "blind" biopsies and Turps.
