But while im waiting  i done some more blod tests my EBV IGg was 300 norm <20 Citomogelo virus igg Was 54 norm <12. Hey there Wory,

So sorry to hear you have been through such a tough time lately - thinking about you and really understanding because I went through mono too and it was a very tough time. I had pain in my lymph nodes for quite some time during and even after the virus, but just want to reassure you that this and all the other symptoms do go away - don't panic if it takes a bit of time, this can be normal with mono unfortunately, but it does go away. Of course it is always wise to check with the doctor regarding any symptoms or lymph nodes, but it can be very normal with mono for sure.

Taking vitamins and herbs helped me during the virus - a good strong multi-vitamin per day, high doses of Vitamin C (1000mg-3000mg per day), B complex (good for energy levels and nervous system) and immune boosting herbs like siberian ginseng and echinicea.

Thinking of you and remember you WILL get better from this - I know it's horrible to go through. Hang in there and trusting God to bring healing. Things will get better, without doubt - I went through such a hard time with it too but God brings healing from this. Make sure you get plenty of rest and don't put yourself under any extra pressure right now - that's really important as your body needs time to recover from this.

    Thinking of you!

    Craig
