Hy, first sory about my bad english grammer.
I am male 32 years and wery worried, last year in late september I had a hernia surgery and in sonograpfy they find apdominal big limf nods . after surgery healed in november i had a apointment with hematologist he take blod samples and send me to another sonography, the nods ware a lot smaler but stil prity big, since they have tendenci to get smaler my family doctor sed to wait and dont rush with CT scan and Colonoskopy and Endoskopy thats what hemotologist recomended, in december I had another sonography an they ware a lot smoler so I chill of about it, but in february I have another sonografy and nods ware back big, I did blod tests - normal, Colonoskopy, gastroskopy- normal but CT showed meny enlarged abdominal limf nods I am realy scared tryng to figur it out what it can be whitaut the totaly bad ones , now i am waiting for biopsy. But while im waiting i done some more blod tests my EBV IGg was 300 norm <20 Citomogelo virus igg Was 54 norm <12. I remember before hernia surgery one morning woked up and had a realy long term stomack pain about week or two, nothing to do with hernia. I am realy good with pain by that i mean that i can take a lot more before nothest it at all, so Im thinking cold it be Mono back then and lymf nods can stil be big after 5 months? about a two or thre weeks before the sudent stomack pain I had sexual partner maybe I catch EBV from her I dont know is anithing of this make sence, dos somebody with mono had a big limf nods and for hav long? Please help my with some expiriance?

Hey there Wory,
So sorry to hear you have been through such a tough time lately - thinking about you and really understanding because I went through mono too and it was a very tough time. I had pain in my lymph nodes for quite some time during and even after the virus, but just want to reassure you that this and all the other symptoms do go away - don't panic if it takes a bit of time, this can be normal with mono unfortunately, but it does go away. Of course it is always wise to check with the doctor regarding any symptoms or lymph nodes, but it can be very normal with mono for sure.
Taking vitamins and herbs helped me during the virus - a good strong multi-vitamin per day, high doses of Vitamin C (1000mg-3000mg per day), B complex (good for energy levels and nervous system) and immune boosting herbs like siberian ginseng and echinicea.
Thinking of you and remember you WILL get better from this - I know it's horrible to go through. Hang in there and trusting God to bring healing. Things will get better, without doubt - I went through such a hard time with it too but God brings healing from this. Make sure you get plenty of rest and don't put yourself under any extra pressure right now - that's really important as your body needs time to recover from this.
Thinking of you!
Craig
