I am worried about the outcome of applying acv to a genital wart

I had about 4tiny genital warts about 18months ago and my dermatologist had them removed by applying podophylox to them about 5months ago but later on it kept on reappearing about 3times within the space of 4months. The last time it was removed I started applying 5% acv with cotton tips directly on that area and other itchy sides to reduce the chances that it will reappear again. Now, because I have been having this inner thighs burns lately which started right after the first time I applied the podophylox I had to be wearing tights for relief because I generate lots of heat down there while walking. So I then noticed inflammation and bubbles resembling that of herpes at the two different spots I applied the acv and I got scared. See attached pictures. The lesion is not painful unless I press on it, no pain while urinating, but it stings and itch very mildly.

I am 27+, I want to ask if any of the hpv vaccine could give me a slim chance of the warts at least not reappearing and probably reducing the chances of transmitting the infection to someone else or it turning into a penile cancer.

Any recommendations for boosting my immune system would be appreciated too.

I tried attaching the pictures but it kept on saying "file size is too big"

Then the following morning been today, it looked like this. It never itched me before appearing but with mild stings. Now, it is like this, I feel negligible itching with no sting. I feel pain only if I press on it.

This is the 3rd time within the space of two weeks this is appearing, in three different spots on my genitalia. I had read that if it were to be herpes they would reoccur at the same spot. I still don't understand why this is reappearing every one week at different spots close to the next one. The previous had healed without any medication other than applying mupirocin bid

Why am I getting them now after about 8months?

Are they curable if it turns out to be MC?

it can last for 12/18 months and is spread via skin to skin contact it appears as spots in crops that appear in different places look it up on google

yes I have but MC doesn't itch and equally has a slight dimple at the center. Now as I type this is itching me but the itching is moderate, then it isn't painful. it was 6 in number but 9 now.
