since Oct of last year I have been having almost constant watery discharge and vaginal burning I been to the doctor twice all test came back negative and something is wrong so what could it be if every test came back negative for yeast, bacteria, uti and std. I don't know what to do

it could be dehydration, or could be a problem with your urethra or ovaries, ask them to refer you to a urologist or possibly gyno, they may have better answers for you! all the best x

Things like this can even be caused by cleaning too much or just an infection skin infection, Try to keep your genital area warm, avoid sexual contact (even masturbaition) and keep it clean. Once a day is good enough.
