you can take an anticholinergic like Tolterodine to calm your bladder. it's long term risk is that you might get dementia. i used it previously for 3 years and it really calmed my bladder enough to retrain it and come off the med. Now have 70cc + prostate and have to get up 5-7 times a night again.

is it from confirmed bladder outlet obstruction? it seems like several people had this from bph and having a procedure rectified this. just wondering if you've found a source for the issue?
