I believe I’ve contracted herpes from my partner

I have been with my current partner fora few months now. They are the first partner I’ve had in over a year and a half. Before this partner, I’ve religiously been tested because a previous partner of four years ran around quite a bit. I have previous negative STD results for chlamydia/gonorrhea/herpes (1&2)/HIV/AIDS/ syphilis going back 15 years (when I became sexually active). I have been terrified of contracting an STD, and I’ve been immuno-compromised since I was a child so I’ve always taken care to be safe.

Recently I’ve felt discomfort on my inner labia and looked today to find this. This looks like the pictures of heroes I’ve seen. I am almost certain but not sure if this could be anything else. Help? image
