When it came out of cast and still at present, I have deformity of large knot on the little finger side of my wrist. It feels like bone and is still very tender. Is this normal?

carol18580, no it's not normal, your arm should look as it did before you broke it. When they went to cast your arm did they set you arm and make sure that the bone was in place like it is suppose to be or just put a cast on it without setting it ? You have a little bone there but it sounds like it's either bigger the way you explain it or in another spot all together ? Is this correct ?

Carol, it should be the same as your other arm sounds like they didn't get it set just right. What did Doctor say when he took it off was he talking like it was perfectly normal or what. I think sometimes the sooner they get done with you the better they like it. I hope everything goes well with your arm. Does your arm still give you problems and hurt you? As long as it's been I don't know what they could do aside from rebreaking it and casting it all over and I guess it would depend on how much it bothers you as to what you would wanna do I wish you all the best of luck with this though and keep us updated on what you find out or decide to do.
