I burned the skin of my finger and had a bruise for a while. (2 weeks) The bruise doesn't seem to heal

It keeps reopening. I had migraine like headache now for 2 days. It comes and goes. I was wondering if the bruise looks like staph infection. (See picture below)!I work in a restaurant as a waiter and have to handle dirty plates quite often. I also go to the gym regularly. Does it look like an infection and should I be concerned or wait a little bit?

    Is it hot to the touch? It looks red so that's a sign of infection. I would definitely go to the doctor. Ask for a culture of the wound, because some won't do it, I have undiagnosed staph for like three weeks until I decided to go to the dermatologist. GL.
