Yeah this is by far my worst anxiety feeling. I am so much more at ease when i can't feel it but when i can? Omg. I become super aware up my heartbeats. Feeling every single beat. Its soooo annoying. It thumps so hard lol

Funny irony here though. When I was worrying hard core about having a heart attack (about 3 weeks ago) I wanted to be aware of my heart beat! I kept checking my pulse, and liked feeling my heart beat. Whenever I calmed down I stopped feeling my heart rate, and I quickly started panicking, thinking "OMG IT STOPPED! THIS IS IT, ANY SECOND NOW I WILL COLLAPSE!"

Wanna ask you something jessixa. Is there any specific location in your body that you feel your heart beat or palpitation. Is it your upper back, chest or your inner neck.Mine is inner neck or sometimes back of my neck. When lying down on a pillow sometimes I cant stand our neck muscle to touch anything, and strangled sensation all over my neck

It's good. It can be better if I could go out and do something fun! But it's winter and it's -25 outside....

I think it is related to vagus nerve coming from skull to internal organs in our body.I have the same problem especially when I am full and lying down.

On a YouTube you can hear the sounds of hearts beating. Actually very relaxing. Also white noise annoys some but put others right-to sleep. They're all perfectly normal.
