I can feel my heart palpitations in my lower abdomen is this normal? I’m terrified.

Hello my name is Alex I’m a 19 year old female I am a mother of 3 lil boys whom r my world to me 💖 I’ve been experiencing a dull pain in my naval area and been having Heart palpitations that I can feel in my lower abdomen... I am terrified that this is something serious. I do have anxiety which makes matters worse. I currently have the idea in my head that I might have a abdominal aortic aneurysm I googled my symptoms and that’s what came up. Please I’m too young for all this I need help! I don’t wanna go in to my gps office and tell him what I’m thinking cause Han he’s really gunna think I’ve gone mad. Please anyone help?

    Go to the doctor and get yourself checked out. If you think you have an aneurysm, ask for a scan. Anxiety and fear is quite disabling. I would say you need professional help.
