I can't breathe and have multiple other symptoms, what can I do?

This last week and a half or so I've had difficulty breathing. I also have had chest compressions, a lump in my throat (like a closed throat feeling), I have constant heartburn, have been getting hiccups that last a fairly long time, I get dizzy, last night I had awful stomach pains, my back is unusually sore, my neck is swollen, and it's difficult to swallow. What can be causing this and what can I do?

Your symptoms are almost identical to those of my daughter and I. We have had all of your symptoms plus dizziness and severe cough. If you go to GP theyll check for infection but weve been severe=al times and are just told its a virus. If there is infection in your chest throat etc at least you can get antibiotics to tackle that.

Did either of you guys end up figuring this out. I am having this EXACT set of symptoms and it started four days ago. DIfficulty breathing, hiccups that last a few hour at a time after I eat, sore back, dizzines, stomach pains, not sleeping well, heartburn but not difficult to swallow. I'm really anxious to figure this out!

No Im afraid that there seems to be no definitive answer. Im suffering now with an annoying cough, sore eyes and chest pain. I feel like an absolute hypochondriac! I just heard on Radio 4 about immune deficiency disorder which is easily tested for so after literally months of this Im going to look into this further

Those sound awful! I haven't gone to the doctors yet, because they only seem to say that it's nothing and to take some pills. Only seems to make the problem worse. It's fading a bit just destressing a little and my symptoms only come up in times of stress, but I do struggle to sleep at night now.
