I can’t enjoy sex

My doctor told me that I'm a pre dietetic and sometimes i think that might the issue. But when it comes down to sex. I cant enjoy it, I cant get wet. When I first lost my virginity I felt numbness and pressure down there. Its like my vagina is rejecting penises. And I thought it was because it was my first time. Or maybe the guy didn't know what he was doing or if its just my body that is the problem. But now its still like this. I feel embarrassed when a guy ask me if i came and I'll lie right to his face. The sad thing about it is that he knows I'm lying. And i have no problems playing with myself, its just when it comes to sex. I have two questions. If i missed two weeks of birth control but take two pills for 3 days then have unprotected sex, am i still at risk for pregnancy? Can someone give me some advice please? I'm only 20 years old

Hi, sorry to hear about your experience , many things can cause what you are feeling . first thing is the most important , what are you doing for your diabetes? are you eating healthy ? what is your general diet ,? how is your sleep?

now about the issue of numbness , have you tried using some sort of lubricant ? because dryness can cause all these symptoms you are feeling . is your man big ? does the sex last long ? do you have any foreplay?

some people cant have an orgasim during sex unless stimulated ,

I take metformin, I try to eat healthier foods and exercise. My sleep schedule is okay. No, I've never tried using lubricant and he's an average size. Sometimes the sex doesn't last that long, I would say 6-10 mins at most. And yes we do try different types of foreplay.
