I can’t find a drug that doesn’t have awful side effects for Gerd

i was put on omeprazole for years. Had vertigo from it. I came off because I heard it can cause dementia. Got on Zantac which worked great and no vertigo. Took that off market due to causing cancer. Tried Famotidine and

which gave me vertigo again and headaches. I'm so discouraged. I am back on Omeprazole, and stumbling all over with vertigo. Have any of you had that problem? I can't live with dizziness. Dont seem to have many options. HELP

    Yes, I had terrible vertigo from Lansoprozac. My doctor has changed me onto Famotidine and I have read in the leaflet that this has all the bad side effects of my first tablets, so came on here to see what others have experienced.
