I can't go on like this. I have no life.

Last August I had a heavy night of drinking wine and woke up about 40% deaf in my left ear. I was wrongly told it was wax then glue ear and was given a steroid nasal spray. I already had ear issues due to glandular fever in my 20s, I'm 51 now. I had constant ear popping and having to wiggle my jaw to unpop.

Initially the spray gave me back some hearing but then I began to have symptoms where when I lie down or eat and drink my ears block and sometimes I can't unpop them for ages. It's getting worse but MRI is clear. I have lost 5 stones since Sept as I am terrified to eat. I want to end it all. Docs don't care.
