I can't hear on my right ear

It started year 2019, I visited a Doctor and checked that the reason why I couldn't hear is there's a wound inside my ear and given me an ear drops. It was fine for a few months, but until it clogged again and I couldn't hear anything but only a sound in it. i decided to ignore since it came back and get clogged again. But, now it's been 2 years but I still couldn't hear in my right ear, only in my right ear. I wanted to see a doctor, but I couldn't because I have no money for the check up. Please help me, is this something serious? will my right ear get clogged too? i'm afraid. please help.
