I constantly seem to have anxiety issues, more when i'm alone but i usually get the racing heart, my heart will skip beats, I get heavy chest pressure, shaking, tightness in my head, tingling in hands and feet, and so much more. I've googled things which isn't the brightest idea, I just want to know if anyone else gets it randomly or almost all the time

Yes dont google things otherwise your anxiety will be worse.

And yes, i am anxious all the time ( i started med recently ) and the symptoms you are describing is almost identical with mine. And they are also the same symptoms that many anxious people here are feeling.

I dont think anxiety is something to be cured ( dont get me wrong ), anxiety is to be controlled and you can live your normal life with it by learning how to cope with it. Now, for the physical symptoms, those are the problem because those what trigger our anxiety. For me, i have started med regarding that, so for you see what can be done with your doctor. Some people benefit from CBT, and some will be ok with therapy and others with med. Sometimes we need them all together. That can be decided with your doctor.

    Hope u get better

Hi Brittany IV had panic attack for a long time. My heart would start going crazy I would shake and my body would go numb. But it's all in your head it really helps me when I look at pictures from when I was a kid and remember that the child in the picture with no worries is still deep within me. And never Google symptoms just go see a doctor. You'll be good I believe in you.

You will get anxiety free days. This takes work and time but they do come, you must not look for the anxiety. Therapy, yoga and mindful exercises can be a great help. Hang in there in a decade science will have a fix for it. Its a mal function in your brain in your fight or flight. Hang in there. Whatbyou are actually feeling is adrenaline rushes.

The physical symptoms of anxiety and there are many... Can vary from day to day or a particular symptom can last a while.

They usually last longer than the anxiety that kicked it off beacuse your body becomes very sensitive..

You may also find that one disapears and something new comes along.

I banned myself from googling back in sept 16 when i got anxieth afté a slight illness and google gave me the scariest out comes that i was freaked out and bam anxiety kicked in.

I had some random physical symptoms... but i researched so much about anxiety and how it affects our mind and body and slowly learned that i was feeding the anxiety and keeping it going.

So i started using different methods . mindful meditations, positive affirmations, more fluids , a proper healthy diet, fresh air, feeling the fear and doing it anyway. And i did some CBT .walking, distraction you name it i did it...

It took about 3  months to get anything like my old self...

Now i dont take my eye off the ball.. i still do 2x daily mindful meditations, i have changed my whole thought pattern now... if i have a dizzyness i tell myself its anxiety and the dizzyness goes away.

I listen to positive affirmations every morning and repeat them to myself throughout the day... The mind is a powerful thing and your in charge of your mind Not the anxiety ... So be strong and stay focused xx Good luck and i hope things improve for you soon
