Hello, I am pretty distressed Teen right now and I suffer from extreme insomnia and I'll need help.

Hi, my name is Peter and since 3-4 months I suffer from extreme insomnia. I don't Really know what caused it but it really kills me. It got worst when I got a pretty strong flu, my family seemed to get over it like in a week but my symptoms were consistent for over 2 weeks. I went to the doctor and said "it's a flu don't worry". One day I realised that I didn't got morning woods in the morning so I decided to try and masturbate at porn...and nothing didn't worked, I start panicking and checked on Internet and I found this article from that chase12 guy, that had similar issues to me. I was thinking that It could be from my pornography addiction and that I masturbate 2-3 times at bestiality porn but later I realised that most of my friends watched that and some of them watched more pornography than me , I searched the internet for everything and I could find nothing. I got soon into a really strong depression and anxiety, a doctor diagnosed me with psychosomatic disorder but I think that's nonsense cause I got the my problems even though I wasn't feeling depressed. I went to an Psychiatrists to acquire help,he was looking so confused to me and he didn't knew either what happened, he said to me I should stop with porn and I did it. Soon later my skin got darker, and the dark circles around my eyes got even darker, I lost about 10 lbs of weight/muscle (I had a pretty nice trained body BTW) in just 1 week, my sex drive is not existing despite being only 19 years old, I will get blue balls after most erections and most important I CAN'T SLEEP. I continued to masturbate for a week without porn but didn't help at all. Soon I lost my job as barista and my girlfriend left me for another guy blaming me for her problems and that I'm sick on my head. So I decided to do nofap for like a year, I start seeing improvement after day 10 I could sleep for 5-6 hours at night, on day 14 I decided to check If I still get aroused from porn and it worked, but later I couldn't sleep for the rest of my mind, not even for a sec. I've tried everything Vitamins, routines, meditating, working out... You name it I did it. I tried to kill myself but I stopped but if this consist I don't think I will stop next time. Does anybody know how to fix this? my symptoms are:

-extreme insomnia

-erectile disfunction

-low Sex drive

-depression/anxiety

-hairloss

-weight loss

-dark vaynie eyes

-dark skin

-loss of appetite

-brain foggue/dizziness

Sounds like you should try smoking weed. Anyway, I don't think this is a physical thing. It seems you have the circles from not having quality sleep. All of it sounds like depression. Weight loss/weight gain are also factors of depression and anxiety. I think you might be taking the breakup pretty hard and you need to find something that interests you. Video games. Fishing. I love cooking. You need to distract yourself, because you seem a little obsessed. There is medication that can help you probably. I would talk to your psychiatrist and explain all of your problems, mostly with not being able to sleep and your discomfort with this. I would try smoking weed, too....

I think it is something you need to be patient with. You could just be growing up. Maybe try daring someone again, but don't focus on having sex with them.
