I can't sleep because of raising heartbeat.

Posted , 1 user is following.

It all started after I tried hypnosis when I was watching a dedicated TV show. It scared me very much.

And since that time I couldn't fall asleep without sleeping pills. I've been on psychotherapy for a year. The heartbeat decreased but still I have to use Quetiapine to fall asleep every night.

Also I developed some kind of intellectual disabilities because I can't concentrate, remember and analyse things normally... I have problems because of this on every Job that I apply to.

Before this a had no problems with intelligence. (I have Master's degree)
