I can't stop panicking about this, please help

I'm not sure why I did this accidentally, but I did and I can't stop freaking out over it since my anxiety is making me think that I could be in serious trouble now. I was just scrubbing my face today with deep clean scrub cream and I accidentally opened my eyes for a few seconds while washing the cream off, now I'm worried if I had some of in one of my eyes and I can't stop freaking out over it. This just happened a few minutes ago, but my eyes are not burning or anything, it just feels a bit pressured, but nothing else as in sharp pain or redness on the eyes, does that mean I'm fine then? I know this is something very silly to ask, but my health anxiety always gets to me whenever I do something wrong that makes me feel like I'm putting my health in danger.

Hi Amanda, I struggle with health anxiety as well and to answer your question, which is not silly at all to ask, since I understand the concern, you don't have any redness on the eyes or any pain, which are really good signs. If something was really in your eyes, you would be screaming in pain from the burning sensations, you will most likely be fine, I used to accidentally open my eyes too sometimes when I'm washing any sort of body cream off my face, we all make mistakes sometimes, so it's fine and you will be okay. Feel free to message me if you have any other concerns and hope you take care!
