I'm 22 and I have abdominal pain on and off for about three weeks now l, it started in my upper right side and went away for a few days and came back all over my upper abdomen now and hurts to press near my ribs and my back hurts too. I had an ultrasound and the technician couldn't see anything but I haven't seen my doctor yet. The last 2 days have been worse and it's now in my lower abdomen.I have little appetite and feel constantly bloated. I did the stupid thing and googled symptoms and now I'm scared I have ovarian or pancreatic cancer. I've been so anxious and run down the last month. I don't know what to do

It could be gas, constipation..or both. A lot of people on here do seem to note the same symptoms. Read thru the forum. See what the doctor has to say and let us know.

Thankyou for taking time to reply. I can't help but get myself in a panic since I'm worried that something sinister is happening. I'll try to relax until my doctors appointment.

Google health anxiety. I tell everyone that. It really helps me. Obviously I am not a doctor but I feel like you would be too young to get pancreatic cancer. I thought I had ovarian cancer at one point but I am fine. I don't think something like that would cause your symptoms. Again, not a doctor but I have Googled a lot of symptoms. I am almost twice your age. Anxiety can cause digestive issues. My doctor would tell me that and I never believed her. Look up health anxiety symptoms. Anxiety causes a lot of stress to the body.

Was the exam to check your gallbladder? Those are classic symptoms of a gallbladder issue. That I know well. My mom, gma and myself all have had gallbladder issues.

Yes that's what the doctor thought it was but they couldn't see any

Also, if it is the gallbladder then try staying away from fatty foods.  That is what will bother it and cause you pain.
