I can't take it.

Started having these about 4 weeks ago, right before my cataract surgery. Though it was anxiety. they would come and go. then every day. scared me. went to my PCP. he listened to my heart, said he heard extra beat. did Ekg, saw it. so had blood work, it was fine, now go for a echo cardiogram, 24 hour monitor. Anyone get pain with this? My right side of my back started last night, everything is scaring me. My friend said I should go to the ER, but with this Covid, I really don't want to. Talk about anxiety? How can you relax when you have this? Thanks, input would be great.
