I can’t take living with Globus

My doctor says it’s Globus, and I’m sure it is! The annoyance of it is worse at times then others, last night I could feel the lump up on my left side today it’s on the right! I feel like it’s over taking my life! It’s doesnt hurt to eat or drink and is usually made better by something warm. I’m constantly swallowing to see if it’s still there!  I want to go to the ENT but I’m afraid I’m dying! I go back for a follow up with my gp this week.

Trust me, I️ know what you’re going through! I’ve had Globus for over a year and it’s affected my life in ways  thought possible. This all started after the removal of my thyroid. I’ve been to ent’s, gastroenterologists, but nothing has helped. Some days I  can’t take it. Overtime, it’s gotten worse. My next step is acupuncture. Globus, is not something you can die of. So, rest assured of that.  I wish you the best!

Today is a semi good day, but it’s still morning so i have a long way to go!  I have read Botox helps with it! But I can’t find enough info that really backs that theory!!!

I inquired about Botox but was told it doesn’t work for Globus. Acupuncture is my next step. If that doesn’t work ( which I️ pray to God it will), I’ll try hypnosis. I will not give up!I will not live the rest of my life with this horrible condition.
