I can't take this anymore!

Hello, I'm a 23 years old female, i've been suffering from headache almost my entire life , since i was young , but never felt the way i'm feeling now ! It's been like a year or more that i have severe dizziness that makes me feel like i'm gonna fall downor even faint any moment! My dizziness is like i don't feel stable even while sitting i feel like my brain is moving inside my head also i have this chronic headache wich feel like a throbbing headache, i feel that there's pressure on my right eye , i feel like my eyes are puffy and gonna explode, also i have a ringing sound in my left ear which get worse at night or in silent, i feel like dying ! Feel like i'm going to be turned off like a tv at any moment! Sometimes i even feel like i'm gonna have a seizure or something I'm nauseous all the time ,because of my symptoms i start having panic attacks lately specially when I'm out and get dizzy ! Doctors say that it's because of sinusitis sometimes they say migraines but the symptoms are just getting worse and worse over time also they're saying that there's nothing wrong with my ear while i keep hearing ringing and feel that there's heaviness inside it! I'm scared that I have a brain tumour or something, but I'm scarred to do a scanner on my head ! Never done it bfore I'm scared they'll find something in my head , please help me, anyone have the same symptoms as me and kniw what is it please just tell me ! sad

      Doctors keep saying that i have nothing wrong with my ears ,they say that it's just my sinusitis but i feel like there's something pressing on my head and my vision in my right eye got really blurred

      Have you had any severe falls or whiplash in your lifetime ? If so,your atlas might be out of place and causing a pinch nerve or nerves..look for a n.u.c.c.a doctor.they might be able to help you..

      Hello Frances , no i've never had falls or something like that,and i'm tired of doctors miss diagnosing me also i'm scared that i have a life threatening disease
