I cannot figure out what this is on my penis, please help.

I’m 18 year old and a virgin.

Months ago I saw this small red lump below the head of my penis and I didn’t think anything of it. Shortly after it started getting a thick white layer on top. I googled around to see what this was and came to the conclusion that it was either Balantis or Candidas.

I was stupid and tried home medication rather than just going to the doctor.

I’ve tried Miconazole Nitrate which felt like it shrunk it a bit, but only a tiny amount and then seemed to stopped working.

I’ve tried Clotrimazole and it seemed to do literally nothing.

I’ve tried taking a Fluconazole pill and that also seemed to do nothing. So that made me try other stuff.

Recently I tried Sudocreme anti-septic cream and that made it seem to spread more.

3 anti-fungals didn’t work for something that’s looks like a yeast infection. I’ve called the doctor but I can’t see him for a week. Does anyone have an idea what this is and how to treat it while I wait?

Thanks.
