I cannot get rid of my thrush, how to cure it?

Hi, I got tested for thrush after sharing swimwear. I have had for 4 years. I am hoping it is thrush so that I can cure it.

When I drink tons of water, green tea, wear no underwear throughout the day. I hardly itch during the day. However, when I am in the bath, it is itchy when I have to wash down there. It is only an external itch. I really dont know how to cure this once and for all.

    I would advise to stop taking baths and use showers as sitting in a hotter temperature can promote the growth! Have you been to a doctor about prescribing any medication?

    Hi there, I used to have problems with thrush too - it got really bad and I was having pain during sex as a result of it. I went to see quite a few doctors, and eventually found one that recommended I take a capsule of oil of oregano every day. I'm a sceptic, and not normally a believer in the effectiveness of any natural remedies, but I truly believe that oil of oregano helped get rid of my thrush and keep it away. You can get it online and it's quite cheap - I recommend you give it a go. I'm now no longer taking it, because it seems to have cleared up my thrush completely. Good luck!
