I Cant bend my broken fingers.

I had and accident 4 years ago. I broke thee of my left hand fingers. After the treatment I couldn't bend my fingers. I tried some exercise, but it couldn't help. Now they are jammed. I can just move them and bend them like 3% . Is it possible to be bend?
