Ive been in a poot ventilated room for 3 hrs and ive been exposed to ammonia (not the store brought stuff) My lungs and throat burn and i feel a pain in my side. I also cant breathe without forcing myself. I tried to fall asleep but i woke up from not being able to breathe.

Where did the amonia come from and how long ago, what strength pp was the amonia, if you are that bad and you know it's not anxiety brought on by fear then you should ring 111 or if your unable to breathe to the extent your passing out you should possibly ring 999.
Is your throat sore, are your eyes red and swollen
