I cant get rid of pinworms

I became aware of itching in my back passage about a month ago. At first it wast causing too many problems so I ignored it. However the itching seemed to get worse with every passing day. I eventually got out that I have an infestation of pinworms. I find it so embarrassing and feel really dirty. To be honest I'm too embarrassed to go to the doctors or a pharmacy. However the itching is severe and its driving me absolutely mad. I'm so uncomfortable and I'm constantly grumpy and out of sorts, most unlike my usual self. I'm also constipated which probably doesn't help, either the condition or my mood. Are there any solutions? Any advice would be appreciated. If it relieves my discomfort it would be amazing.
