i cant have vaginal sex and My vagina hurts

It cant enter my vagina wont open.Even when i just touch the entrance it hurts. Sometimes it burns like hell its a fire in there or it is too dry, and other times its difficuilt for me to pee.I dont know if its normal but i have this thing in the vagina entering.

And, I dont know if this is related but i have generalized anxiety and last year I got breast surgery because i had fibroadenomas, i have them again and doctor said i had too much estrogen
